All online transactions are accompanied by complimentary worldwide delivery service.

The estimated lead time is subject upon the availability of your selected item. Under normal circumstances, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.

In the event of limited stock, which may necessitate an extended delivery lead time, our Client Relations Centre will promptly notify you. For further information concerning your delivery, please reach out to our Client Relations Centre at info@bakhache.com.

*Please note that delivery services are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. During festive seasons, delivery lead times may be extended, and affected clients will be promptly notified via email or WhatsApp.

 

Self-Pickup

Upon completion of your order, we will promptly send a notification email or WhatsApp message to inform you that your items are ready for pickup.

For pickup arrangements, please contact +6012-538 5755 upon receiving the 'Order Ready' notification email.

Kindly note that walk-in pickups without prior notice are strictly not allowed. To facilitate the pickup process, please present proof of identification and the order confirmation at the time of collection.
